There are so many different diet plans for women these days, and if you have been trying to lose weight, you know this fact only all too well. Not too long ago, I was in your shoes, trying desperately to reclaim my body by losing weight. I spent hours searching through the many plans and programs designed to help women shed their unwanted pounds.

It has helped me to lose more than 40 pounds to reach my target weight, and I’ve been able to maintain that weight for over four months now.
